Whichever package you choose, the process is simple. And you’ll know exactly what you’re getting and how much your project will cost before we start.
Step 1: Ask Jo
The easiest way to start is with an informal chat about your business and which package you’re interested in. The process can differ a little depending on what you need. So… Ask Jo!
Step 2. Agree on the details
The best projects are clearly communicated. That’s why we ask you to complete our design and copywriting brief. That way, we’ll know we’re all on the same page from the very beginning.
Once Jo has your completed brief, we’ll ask that you pay a deposit so we can begin. Of course, if you need help with the briefing process, you can Ask Jo.
Step 3. Select your design
This is the fun bit! Using your design brief, Jo will send you an agreed number of design options to choose from. Pick your favourite, and we can get started!
Step 4. Review and approve
Jo will send you the proposed design and content. You can request changes to the design and copy up to two times at no extra cost, giving you a total of 3 versions.
Step 5. Finish and pay
Your project is finished! Jo will invoice you for the remaining balance and supply all assets relevant to the project.
